Installation

Instructions (UNIX or UNIX-like operating systems)
  • After downloading, type: java -cp jini2_1.jar install
Instructions (for other platforms)
  • Be sure you have Java 1.4.x installed. You can download the Java 2 SDK from Sun Microsystems.
  • In a console window, change to the directory where you downloaded jini2_1.jar before running the installer.
  • Your operating system may invoke Java in a different way. To start the installer, add jini2_1.jar to your CLASSPATH, then start the main class of the installer named install.
